Acceptable Use Policy

Don't use Brrr to do, help with or further anything that is illegal where you are, where we are, or where the systems and people your agent acts on are. That includes, without limit:

• Fraud, identity theft, financial crime, tax evasion, money laundering, sanctions evasion
• Unauthorized access to systems, networks or data
• Making or spreading malware, ransomware or surveillance software
• Trafficking of any kind: people, drugs, weapons, wildlife
• Spam and unlawful marketing, under CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR or their local equivalents
• Selling what is illegal to sell, or selling to people it is illegal to sell to

You may not direct your agent to produce or transmit:

• Child sexual abuse material
• Sexual content involving real people without their consent
• Content that promotes terrorism, mass violence or genocide
• Operational instructions for chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons
• Harassment, doxing or stalking of specific people
• Disinformation meant to manipulate elections or democratic processes

Your agent can build your company a shop, take its payments, register its domain and host its app. Each of those runs through a provider with rules of its own; break them and the provider shuts it off.

• Payments are taken in your own Stripe account. A business on Stripe's restricted list cannot be run through Brrr, and you may not misdescribe what you sell to pass their checks.
• A domain registered for your company is registered for it to use. No squatting on names, trademarks or other people's brands, and no domain bought to send spam from.
• An app we host for your company must not serve anything this policy forbids, and must not be used to attack, scrape or overload anyone else's systems.

• Don't try to extract the agent's system prompt or configuration.
• Don't use Brrr to build a competing agent platform by scraping or reverse-engineering ours.
• Don't probe other companies' accounts, and don't try to break out of your agent's machine into shared infrastructure. If you find a hole, tell [email protected].
• The mailbox and phone number we issue your agent are ours. Don't send bulk mail from them, and don't do anything on them that would get our domain or number blocked: every other company here sends from the same place.

Your agent is software. It can act for you, sign into your accounts, answer your mail and post in your name. It may not claim to be human where that would matter: regulated advice (medical, legal, financial), political campaigning, evidence and sworn statements, and any conversation where the law requires disclosing automated processing. Where a disclosure is required, making it is on you.

When you save a password or connect an account for your agent, you are telling us you are allowed to, and allowed to have software use it. An employer's login, a client's account or a third party's key, shared beyond what you were permitted to share, breaks this policy. The same goes for data: don't give your agent personal data you have no right to process.

Don't resell access to Brrr or its output without our written agreement. Having your agent build and run a business whose clients have agreed to your terms is the point. Selling seats to your agent is not.

Your agent produces drafts, opinions, bookkeeping and first-pass review, not licensed advice. Don't present its output as licensed professional work, and don't rely on it where the law requires a licensed professional.

Outreach your agent does for you, to candidates, clients or leads, must follow the employment, consumer and privacy law that applies to you. Generated images, video and audio must respect copyright, trademark and the rights of any real person depicted, and must carry a label where the law requires one.

We may, at our discretion and without notice, pause your agent, suspend or close the account, and report to law enforcement.
